Registration is open for the Spanish Teachers’ Day at Newcastle University. This is an incredibly popular event for teachers of Spanish at all levels to participate in high quality Continuing Professional Development.
This is part of a nationwide programme from the Spanish Embassy Education Department to support teachers of the Spanish language in the UK. Teachers and future teachers of Spanish should register for the event. Places are limited (on a first-come, first-served basis).
The event brings together experts who will address key issues in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language. Workshops will very practical and participative and will offer tools and ideas to use in class. as well as information on studying modern languages in the United Kingdom.
This year’s event includes practical workshops, creative approaches to teaching and assessment, AI applications in the ELE classroom, networking opportunities, a tasting of products from Castilla y León and a prize draw for attendees.
This will be a popular event, so early booking is recommended.
